RCSM has an independent Training & Placement Cell devoted to cater to the needs of organizations in conducting interviews for placements. It is headed by an HR Manager as Training & Placement in charge. The Training & Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide placement to its students.

The Training & Placement Cell provides all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations, written test, group discussion interviews, soft skills, home assignments etc. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students for their Successful Career Placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of course of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training.
RCSM is known as the pioneers of low cost Computer Literacy throughout the country.

The computerization of the entire activities of the placement Cell is in progress and this facility will be available to the organizations soon for easy and faster communication with supportive teams.
